I'm all about empowering birthing families to have the best experience they can. The HypnoBirthing course arms you with the information and tools to embrace your birth and trust your birthing instinct.
And I'd love to share this journey with you...
HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method is the original HypnoBirthing course. This internationally recognised, evidence-based program, prepares pregnant women and their partners through education, breathing techniques, visualisations and practical tips and tools to help make their labour and birth as comfortable as possible.
HyphoBirthing isn't about achieving some magical, pain-free birth (although some do experience this!) but about ensuring that all women who complete the program can go on to have a positive birthing experience. One in three women view their birth as traumatic, an experience that many carry with them long into their motherhood journeys; HypnoBirthing enables women to approach their births with confidence and without the fear that so many carry around what should be an exciting and transformative time in our lives.
I'm mum to two gorgeous, spirited, hypnobaby boys. When I was pregnant with my first baby my husband and I weren't sure where we were going to be living when I was due to give birth. I was so scared about having a total stranger to my pregnancy stepping in at the last minute and hoping that I'd click with them, that I didn't know what to do. But then some friends said they had done HypnoBirthing and they couldn't have been more positive about their experience and how it would be perfect for my situation...

Dom’s expertise and support gave us the tools and confidence to have our dream homebirth! Her passion, knowledge, breathing exercises and fear releases provided more emotional, practical and ultimately physical support during my birth than we ever could have imagined.
